Open Cellars and Spring Market
On Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 May, explore the 16th-century troglodytic cellars and wine storehouses, which are usually closed to the public, in the company of Jean de Saint Venant, a passionate winemaker. (guided tours in French)

Varietal: 100% Grolleau
In the cellar: Vinification in temperature-controlled glass-lined vats (19°C) and aging on fine lees.
Tasting:
- Visual: beautiful clear mandarin robe
- Nose: amylaceous, with hints of English candy
- Palate: fresh attack, followed by a beautiful finesse coupled with a slightly buttery note, finishing with refreshing acidity.
Analytical characteristics: alcohol: 12%, residual sugars: 2 g/l.
