In the cellar: Vinification in temperature-controlled glass-lined vats (19°C) and aging on fine lees.

Tasting:

• Visual: beautiful clear mandarin robe
• Nose: amylaceous, with hints of English candy
• Palate: fresh attack, followed by a beautiful finesse coupled with a slightly buttery note, finishing with refreshing acidity.

Analytical characteristics: alcohol: 12%, residual sugars: 2 g/l.

Cellaring potential: 2 to 3 years.
