Money-back guarantee
If despite our attention you were unhappy with your order, we will replace or refund the product(s) in question. To do this, just return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt. The replacement or refund will be made within a maximum period of fifteen days after the return.
Delivery
Products are shipped at the delivery address filled in during the checkout. Deliveries are performed within a 2 days to 3 weeks delay according to destinations, by carriers selected for their professionalism. If despite our best care you were to receive a damaged parcel, please express reservations on your delivery slip or refuse the merchandise. In that last case, contact us immediately so we can solve the issue as sson as practicable.

All our offers are valid without commitment and within the limits of available stocks.

The prices of our items are labeled in euros, all taxes included and handling and shipping fees excluded.

This contract is governed by French law. The official language of this contract is French. Any erroneous translation shall not alter the original content.
