Grape variety: 100% Chenin
In the winery: Vinification in temperature-controlled glass tanks (19°C). Aged on fine lees.
Tasting Notes :
- Appearance: Light amber color with thick tears
- Nose: Ripe quince, candied apricot, poached pear, evolving into linden honey
- On the Palate: Smooth and enveloping with a velvety texture. A beautiful balance of sugar and acidity. Notes of candied exotic fruits with a very refined hint of saffron. A long, mineral finish.
Analytical characteristics: Alcohol: 12.5%. Sugar content: 85,9gr/l.

- Lightly spicy Thai cuisine
- Lobster with saffron sauce
- Aged hard cheeses
Aging potential: 15 to 20 years.
