Château de Valmer is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm to 8pm (ticket office closes at 7pm).

Grape: 100% Chenin
Wine storehouse: Vinification in glass-lined thermoregulated vats (19°C). Aging on fine lees.
Tasting:
Appearance: golden robe with silver highlights.
Nose: very expressive and intense with a hint of stewed fruits.
Palate: first mouth smooth and very powerful, we find the notes of exotic fruits but without overpowering the palate. Well-balanced on the palate, with fruity notes throughout the tasting.
Content: Alcohol: 12%. Residual sugars: 83.85 gr/l.
Food and wine pairing:
- As an aperitif
- Foie gras
- Blue cheeses
- Desserts
Tasty pairings with seared foie gras medallions and apples, apricot tajine, almond chicken, tropical fruit sorbet (mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, lime).
Cellaring: 10 to 15 years.
Serve: 8°C, in a carafe.
