In the winery and cellar: Aged on racks for seven years. Manual riddling.

- Appearance: Deep golden color.
- Nose: Quince and white flowers, evolving into notes of pastries.
- On the Palate: The bubbles are smooth, delicate, and almost silky. Candied citrus gives way to a creamy texture, with a finish marked by a lovely freshness.
